FAA Certified Repair Services

Inside of an Aircraft Engine

At Westfield Hydraulics, we can provide FAA certified repair of hydraulic fluid power equipment, valves, fueling systems, nose steering, and other aircraft components. We have Parts Manufacturing Authority and Supplemental Type Certificate certifications as well as an in-house Designated Engineering Representative. These approvals are provided by the FAA and collectively allow us to not only manufacture replacement parts, but modify the original design of the aircraft as needed.

As an industry leading hydraulics engineering and manufacturing company, we provide premium quality repair, retrofitting, and overhauling services to the commercial aerospace and defense industries. In any component failure, it is critical to understand the root cause of the failure in order to prevent malfunction of a device in the field. We have the experience and knowledge to evaluate failures as needed to provide insight into any necessary design improvements. Evaluation and testing methods include electrical, leak, and cycle testing using established methods, according to our ISO 9001:2008 certification.

Repairs are made by certified technicians who have undergone extensive training. Accurate quotes, based on years’ of industry experience and advanced resource planning software, are provided to the customer prior to any work taking place. All documentation, including certificates of conformance, first article approvals, functional testing reports, and environmental qualification, is provided as applicable.
